Las Rayas Tote Hand Woven - Black

This gorgeous textile began its life as two humble threads. By virtue of the skill and artistry of generations of indigenous Maya weavers, those two threads were transformed by two human hands to become this beautiful bag, which are sometimes called Hammock Bags.

These sometimes temporarily take on the intriguing aroma of the wood fire near which it was woven in the mountainous highlands of southern Mexico.

100% cotton hand-woven tote.

Bag is 15 x 15 inches and the strap 10 inches long.
