At Studio Richau, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We want your experience to be seamless and enjoyable, so we cover the shipping cost to get your items to you!

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping: Free ground shipping for all U.S. orders over $75 pre-tax, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout, if available.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

 

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you choose to return an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
