Shipping policy

At Studio Richau, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States over $100. 

Shipping Details:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

Standard Shipping: Free ground shipping for all U.S. orders over $100 pre-tax, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout, if available.

International Shipping: Currently, we ship to a limited number of countries, customer is responsible for shipping costs, duties and any import fees associated. 

 

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you choose to return an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
