Refund policy

At Studio Richau and Richau & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund for unworn merchandise returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility for a Return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, including tags.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

All sales are final on food, books, fragrance, fine art, glass art, ceramics and any items marked Final Sale in the description.  

Return shipping is a flat $8 fee, or you may choose to ship at your own expense or bring it into the store to avoid shipping fees. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer either a full refund or an exchange, just let us know your preference when you reach out.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. If the packaging was damaged or misplaced, please use suitable materials to protect the item during transit.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged on their way back to us.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Email Jennie@studiorichau.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will reach out with a shipping label for a flat fee of $8 deducted from your refund, or you may ship at your own expense. 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Exchanges & Final Sale Items:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Final sale, fine art or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
