Cactus Combat by Cyn Silva
18x24, acrylic on canvas, light wood frame
This is part of our Love Arizona Collection on display in the gallery through June 2026, or until the art sells. Come experience it in person!
From the Artist:
Cactus Combat lingers in contradiction.
Spined silhouettes suggest defense and survival, yet loose, gestural cacti gather beneath a luminous desert sky washed in blues, pinks, and purples. What might read as conflict gently transforms into connection, echoing Arizona’s quiet truth, that beauty here is born from resilience and enduring coexistence.
Gallery Notes:
We’re loving the loose, abstract style of Silva’s cacti. The variety of background colors reminds us of AZ’s stunning sunsets and glowing sunrises, which beckon us to be outdoors.
Feng Shui Placement Suggestions:
Place in the Southwest area of your home or room, which is the “marriage corner,” centered around love and relationships. This is a reminder that relationships aren’t perfect and require ongoing care and love.
Place in the East area of your home or room. The East is associated with Wood energy, represented here by plants. Wood energy brings new beginnings. East represents family and relationships with family, which sometimes involves combat but ultimate is for love.
Artwork is final sale and must be picked up from the gallery within 5 days of purchase.
